Bringing our thoughts and behaviors into alignment with our goals and desires...sounds easy enough. So then why do
we sometimes find it difficult to quit unhealthy habits, procrastinate on projects we
know will bring us closer to our goals or find ourselves in the same
unsatisfying relationships? Why isn't it easier to break habits that no longer serve us or get out of work or relationship ruts?
Unfortunately no matter how much we consciously desire to improve our lives and
bring about healthy productive changes, the subconscious mind only wants one
thing: To stick with what it knows and stay in a comfort zone of
familiarity. The subconscious mind works very hard to keep us within our
"knowns" even if that prevents us from achieving our conscious wishes and goals.

can circumvent the subconscious mind's natural resistance to
change, replacing old thoughts and behaviors with the new ideas you want
working in your life. Whether is it is to be relaxed speaking publicly, taking an

works to change old associations and create new, superior ways of
thinking and being that will not only end habits and fears, but
ultimately attract what the client most wants in their lives.

native of
Montana, Kristin attended NYU's Tisch School of the Arts and went on to
study as Master Hypnotist, Certified Hypnotherapist and Imagery
Facilitator at The Hypnosis Motivation Institute. She is
a member of the American Hypnosis Association and a fifteen year
member of the WGA. Kristin has worked as a screenwriter and journalist
